We offer free shipping via Fed-Ex on all orders meeting our minimum order requirement of US$ 250. Orders placed through one of our distributors will be shipped to our distributor via Fed-Ex and then through the postal service to the final destination. All shipments are insured. Arrangements for a different courier can be made. There may be shipping charges incurred in this case.

Orders placed through one of our distributors are also shipped free of charge unless otherwise indicated on their web site. This pertains to our United Kingdom shopping cart where certain location will be charged shipping at local shipping costs.

Please Note:
Free shipping is only for our products and not valid for custom orders, meaning designs provided by the customer. These orders will be shipped via Fed-Ex at cost.

All orders, for sampling purposes, of less than our minimum order requirement will be charged shipping at cost.

Question : How long does it take to process an order?
Answer : Most orders are received by the customer within 2 weeks.

We guarantee everything you purchase from K-B Sterling to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or any part of your purchase, please return it to us in an unaltered state within 30 days of receipt and we refund your money. This warranty does not include consequential or incidental expenses. No other warranty is implied. We will process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please Note:
We charge a 10% restocking fee (plus postage) on all orders refused by the customer upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned after the 30 day warranty or to charge additional restocking fees. Altered items, special items, or items made to your specifications are non returnable.
