Answer: Yes we use the finest form of encryption using SSL. You can view the authenticity of this right on the form.
Question: How much does shipping cost and what method of shipping is used?
Answer: We pay shipping charges for all orders over US$250. Fed-Ex is used to ship out all orders. In some countries we go through a distributor who will then forward the order to the customer using insured mail or UPS. Click for details

Question: Do you use real gemstones?
Answer: Yes. All the gemstones we use are real and of high quality. The only synthetic stones we use are Cubic Zirconium (CZ) which does not exist in a natural state.
Question: Is your jewellery hallmarked with a 925 or sterling stamp?
Answer: Yes. We use a 925 stamp on all jewellery except certain items which are virtually impossible to stamp.
Question: Are there any metals in your jewellery which cause allergic reactions?
Answer: Absolutely not. We use only high quality metals in our sterling and do not use any special alloys containing allergens.
