Put Items in Your Cart
Shop around the site, adding items to your cart. Click on the pictures to view details of each item. Click on continue shopping link to return to shopping areas.

View Your Basket Contents
From any page click the Basket Contents link anytime to see an Order Summary.

Proceed to Payment Center
When you're finished shopping and ready to check out, use the checkout link on the top right of the page.

Fill in the information completely on each page of the checkout process. DO NOT use your browsers back/forward buttons when checking out...

Here are some common problems and their solutions:

  • WHY ARE THERE NO CATALOGUE LINKS?
    If you just registered you will not be able to browse our on-line catalogue until your account has been approved and activated. This may take up to 18 hours but is usually done within 6 hours from the time you created your account. You should receive an email informing you when your account has been activated. If you don't receive an email within 18 hours from the time you registered, check back then and your account should be active. Some of our emails don't get through due to anti-spam software and an occasional invalid email address mistakenly entered by a registrant in the "Ship To" email field when registering.


  • I KEEP GETTING THE FOLLOWING ERROR. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
    You will get the following error each time you click on one of the catalogue links if you do not have cookies enabled on your browser.
    YOUR BROWSER MUST HAVE COOKIES ENABLED IN ORDER FOR OUR SHOPPING CART TO WORK.

    Fatal Error

    Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:

       Error Code: MER-DTB-00022
       Description: Category 'X' not found
