Here are some common problems and their solutions:
- WHY ARE THERE NO CATALOGUE LINKS?
If you just registered you will not be
able to browse our on-line catalogue until your account has been
approved and activated. This may take up to 18 hours but is
usually done within 6 hours from the time you created your
account. You should receive an email informing you when your
account has been activated. If you don't receive an email within
18 hours from the time you registered, check back then and your
account should be active. Some of our emails don't get through
due to anti-spam software and an occasional invalid email
address mistakenly entered by a registrant in the "Ship
To" email field when registering.
- I KEEP GETTING THE FOLLOWING ERROR. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
You will get the following error each time you click on one of the
catalogue links if you do not have cookies enabled on your
browser. YOUR BROWSER MUST HAVE COOKIES ENABLED IN
ORDER FOR OUR SHOPPING CART TO WORK.
